In this article from fcp.co, Dustin Hoye, the Lead Editor/Developer at Sour Squirrel Studios describes how his company supplies a national US broadcaster with half hour shows cut exclusively on Final Cut Pro X. Although it contains great info on workflow and the pros and cons of FCPX, etc., I find the information concerning broadcast monitoring to be most interesting. Definitely a must read for FCPX editors.

Final Cut Pro X 10.0.2 Update
Apple released a minor update to FCPX that fixes a few bug issues. To download it you must go to the App store and click on "Updates". FCPX updates will not appear in Software Update. Apple has stated that the next major upgrade will be in early 2012. Until then, we're happy to see these minor updates. Keep 'em coming!

● Fixes an issue in which a title may revert to the default font after restarting Final Cut Pro X
